About the property
Navajo Family Apartments is a 45-unit new development on a 1.03-acre infill site in the San Carlos neighborhood in San Diego. Some of the most highly rated schools in the San Diego Unified School District serve the site. Dailard Elementary, Myron B. Green Elementary, Pershing Middle, and Patrick Henry High School are all located within 0.5- to 1.25-miles of the site. The development is located near a well-served transit line, employment centers, shopping centers with both a grocery store and drug store with a full-service pharmacy, a library, community parks as well as Mission Trails Regional Park and Lake Murray.
Navajo Family Apartments is an affordable housing development reserved for low- to moderate-income families including one manager unit. The development is a four-story residential building with surface parking and a separate resident community room. Eight units are set aside with Project-Based Vouchers from the San Diego Housing Commission (SDHC).
Residents will benefit from our award-winning services programs in three areas of highest impact to promote CHW’s mission: Financial Well-being, Next Generation Success, and Health and Wellness.
