It offers one- and two-bedroom apartments, including 14 apartments that are set aside for formerly homeless individuals. Courtyard amenity spaces are designed for gathering, dining, and play.

A Welcoming Space
From the interior community room, the dining patio extends out into the courtyard and provides a BBQ cooking area under an overhead shade structure.

The design includes an accessible pathway that leads to the lower courtyard with outdoor spaces including fixed seating and the children’s play area. The various amenity areas are softened on all sides by gardenesque planting including canopy trees, shade trees, and accent understory plant material.

The entire development is dedicated to providing long-term affordable apartments and resident service programs for low-income working San Diego residents, including seniors, working families, and veterans.
