What is Partners In Community?

Partners in Community (PIC) is an exclusive network of committed CHW donors who believe in our mission of building futures and have given or pledged ongoing financial support for the work we do.

As people on the front lines of this work, we know that the growing need for affordable housing and access to critical services continues to grow, and we need your help. CHW’s PIC group brings together donors who have a passion for designing and building a community that works for all people at a variety of income levels. By making this investment, the funds raised will enable CHW to continue to provide our community residents with access to the life-changing resources that prevent them from becoming one of the many individuals that are experiencing homelessness for the first time. In addition, funds will also provide critical access to resources, knowledge and community support CHW residents need to forge stronger futures.
