Laguna Grande Apartments is a 76-unit affordable housing community with 1BR, 2BR and 3BR apartment homes, reserved for low- to moderate-income families including one manager unit.  The development is situated on two lots across the street from each other.  The larger site includes a free-standing leasing/community/laundry building, one 2-story apartment building, a tot lot and BBQ area.  The smaller site includes one 2-story apartment building, a free-standing laundry building, and a tot lot.  Both sites include surface parking and carports with solar.

37 units are set aside with Project Based Vouchers from the Housing Authority of the County of Riverside.  An additional 19 units are set aside for households with a member experiencing an intellectual and/or developmental disability, administered by the Inland Diego Regional Center (IRC) for its clients.
