About the property

15th Avenue Cooperative was San Diego County’s first successful limited equity housing cooperative. The community is comprised of 16 one, two, three, and four bedroom apartment homes owned by the residents. 15th Avenue residents can participate in CHW’s community programs at the nearby Orange Place Apartments and actively participate in neighborhood leadership programs.
