Last Friday Community HousingWorks took home a Circulate San Diego Momentum Award! Amanecer Apartments and Puesta del Sol Apartments together won the 2024 Innovation Award for its design that features energy-efficient solutions, EV charging stations, and earned a GreenPoint Rated certification. The two communities, which are next door to each other, form an intergenerational community with close proximity to transit, shopping, and recreation that promotes a car-free lifestyle while enhancing the neighborhood with play areas, gardens, and improved sidewalks.
