About the property

Originally constructed in 1964-1965, Sun Ridge Apartments is a 198-apartment community with one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments located on 5.74 acres in Concord. CHW acquired the site in 2017, preserving the property as affordable for an additional 55 years on behalf of over 600 residents. Major renovations were completed in late 2018, resulting in a newly transformed development and revitalized community. Additional site amenities include a community center, leasing office, laundry rooms, and three swimming pools.
