Portola Senior Apartments, CHW's new development in Orange County, was recently named a winner at the So Cal Housing Homes Within Reach award ceremony! Project Manager Pablo Estrada was on hand to accept the award in the Beyond L.A. category at the annual ceremony recognizing "excellence in affordable housing" in Los Angeles and the surrounding counties.
