Each year, CHW awards the Sue Reynolds Valor Scholarship to high-achieving residents living in CHW homes who want to pursue post-secondary education opportunities. The Sue Reynolds Valor Scholarship is for students of all ages and can be applied to community colleges, four-year universities, career and technical certifications, GED programs, military education, and more. Valor Scholarships can be used for education-related expenses, including tuition and fees, room and board, transportation, books and school supplies. Applications are reviewed and evaluated by a committee comprised of staff and volunteers.
The Sue Reynolds Valor Scholarship Celebration will take place Saturday, June 10, From 12pm – 2pm at Community Park

To be eligible for the scholarship, you must
- be a resident of a Community HousingWorks community,
- be a high school senior or older,
- be using the scholarship for the upcoming school year.
