The 2026 DreamBuilder Gala: Emerald Oasis was a truly memorable evening!

We are thrilled to share that, thanks to your incredible generosity, we raised more than $750,000—shattering our previous fundraising record!

Our annual fundraising gala, DreamBuilder, supports the vital work Community HousingWorks (CHW) does in our communities, from providing afterschool care for children and food deliveries for older adults to offering financial coaching for families, career planning for young adults, and so much more.

Whether you joined us in person, supported us from afar, volunteered, sponsored, or contributed in another way, we are deeply grateful for your support. Your generosity makes a meaningful difference in the lives of the more than 12,000 residents we serve and helps us continue Building Futures with CHW.

Thank you for making this year’s gala such an extraordinary success! Check out some photo highlights from the evening below. If you weren’t able to attend, you can still make a donation to support CHW’s resident services and programs.

We can’t wait to see you at next year’s event!
