Residents at Los Robles de Cortez in Vista’s District 2 are leading efforts to create safer, more walkable neighborhoods. Through Community HousingWorks’ Resident Leadership Academy, residents identified pedestrian safety challenges and built the skills to advocate for improvements that support children, seniors, and neighbors with disabilities.
