Azusa Apartments is renovated rental community located in Azusa, Los Angeles County. These 88 townhomes feature new energy-efficient appliances and fixtures, air conditioning units, sustainable hard flooring, “green” carpets and pads, and no-VOC paint throughout the apartment. Residents can access a full range of on-site after-school and adult programs in the new learning center, equipped with a computer lab and community room, with support from our local service consultant Neighborhood Homework House.
