Ways To Help
San Diego is widely-recognized for its beaches, parks, and ideal warm climate. Some of the world-famous attractions can be found in San Diego. That includes San Diego Zoo and San Diego Zoo Safari Park, SeaWorld San Diego and Legoland. San Diego is the place that has something to offer for everyone from Downtown Vibes to laid-back beaches to recreational spaces to open spaces to various indoor and outdoor activities.
Housing Needs in San Diego
In terms of cost of living, San Diego actually has a higher cost of living compared to California which means that it is expensive to live in this city. San Diego even tops the list when it comes to house rental cost and it continues to rise each year. If you are looking into buying a home you should at least expect around $650,000. In order to really be able to afford living in San Diego, you should at least be earning double of the stated median income. Living in San Diego means you should also expect to spend more than half of your salary for housing means.
Though there are many reasons that could have caused homelessness such as addiction and mental illness, there is no doubt rising housing cost is also one of them. Previous reports state that there has been a drop in the rate of homelessness and that is great, but there is still a great number of individuals and families who are still experiencing homelessness.
