What happens next?

Applications:  If your information is a match, and a vacancy is coming up, the leasing office will send you an application.  If your information is a match but no apartments are currently available, the leasing office will send you an email or call you to tell you your name has been added to the community’s interest list.

At the time an apartment becomes available, all information will be verified.  Interest lists for some affordable Rental Communities can be years long depending upon availability, demand and location.  If you need a place very soon, choose a location that is “NOW RENTING!”
