CHW Lending offers unique home ownership opportunities to families of any means that are looking for a home loan, down payment assistance, or would just like an honest assessment of their current home purchasing power in a no-pressure setting.  We offer homebuyers access to a variety of loan products to assist in financing the purchase of their first home.

Since 1998, CHW has closed over 1,500 home loans for purchase and rehabilitation, and has approximately $9 million in revolving loan funds. Through our municipal down payment assistance program contract administration, CHW manages an additional $3+ million in down payment assistance annually.

CHW has down payment assistance and home loans throughout the region and administers additional programs in the following cities:

  • Carlsbad
  • Chula Vista
  • National City
  • Santee

In short, CHW is highly experienced in providing lending and underwriting services for low-income borrowers across San Diego County.
